This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain: your browser contacts no other service when it displays these pages.

Like any web server, the host records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We use them for nothing else, and they are kept only as long as that security requires; the exact period will be given here once the host is chosen.

Sub-processors

Operators of the models — all run in Europe:

• OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France): runs models in Gravelines.
• Scaleway (Scaleway SAS, France): runs models in Paris.
• Mistral AI (Mistral AI SAS, 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France): runs Mistral Large 4 and Mistral Small 4 (in its EU region) and turns dictation into text; keeps API inputs and outputs 30 rolling days to monitor abuse; lets its customers object to training on them, and Evanesca's account objects, except for what is sent to Mistral Large 4: it is a preview, and Mistral's commercial terms let it use the data of preview models for training, whatever the objection.
• AKI.IO (AKI.IO GmbH, Marienburger Str. 1, 10405 Berlin, Germany): runs DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM-5.3 and Gemma 4 26B, in German data centres according to AKI.IO; its own sub-processors for that infrastructure are AIME GmbH (Berlin), which provides the GPUs, and ScaleUp Technologies GmbH & Co. KG (Hamburg), the data centre, in Germany, according to its list of sub-processors.
• Infomaniak (Switzerland — outside the EU, under an EU adequacy decision): runs Apertus v1.5 70B and generates images.

Web search, off by default: Linkup (Linkup Technologies SAS, 28 avenue des Pépinières, 94260 Fresnes, France), which receives the queries the model writes and the addresses of the pages it reads — never the conversation. Evanesca has not verified where its servers run — its own privacy policy applies.

Hosting, database, payments and email:

• Vercel Inc. (Covina, California, United States): hosts the website and runs Evanesca's servers, in its Paris region.
• Databricks, Inc. (San Francisco, United States), which owns Neon: hosts Evanesca's database, in Frankfurt (Germany).
• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland): takes payment for credit purchases, issues the invoices and emails them; passes data to Stripe, LLC (United States).
• Plus Five Five, Inc. — Resend (San Francisco, United States): sends the emails — sign-in links and account notices.

What each one receives, and the safeguards for transfers to the United States, are set out in the privacy policy; who controls each operator, and what it keeps, on the sovereignty page.

Terms of use

The rules of the service — credit, prices, Agent mode, acceptable use, liability — are in the terms of service and sale, which apply from the opening of the service. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from each credit purchase within 14 days: see the right of withdrawal.
